About Us

In October 1998, the RV Board of Education endorsed the establishment of an educational foundation to help foster opportunity and excellence for every student. The Foundation is comprised of citizens from the sending districts and alumni of the high school. Its formation also meets a primary goal of the RVRHS strategic plan and is the newest component of the ongoing community and parent involvement program.

The Foundation is an autonomous, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation separate and distinct from the RV Board of Education. Trustees of the Foundation donate their time and expertise to develop fund-raising campaigns that range from the “tried and true” to the “never been tried before”. Tax-deductible gifts can be made to the Foundation in the form of monetary contributions, bequests, insurance policies, memorials or tributes.

The Rancocas Valley Regional Educational Foundation is another significant step in the school and community's pursuit of educational excellence and high achievement. In addition, to providing funding sources, the Foundation encourages open communication and collaboration between the RVRHS Administration and Staff and the surrounding communities, in order to help foster new ideas and innovative solutions to the challenges facing public education today.
